Kitchen & Bathroom Design Coordination
Design concepts and selection support, with technical and permitted work handled by qualified professionals.
How we help
Kitchens and bathrooms bring together many selections at once. We help shape the look and coordinate selections, while construction, technical specifications, and any permitted work are handled by appropriately qualified professionals.
Typical tasks may include
- Developing a design concept and mood
- Coordinating cabinetry, tile, and countertop selections
- Selecting lighting, plumbing fixture finishes, and hardware
- Coordinating with the trade team on the approved direction
These are examples. Final scope, deliverables, and design fees are agreed in your proposal before work begins. Furniture, materials, purchasing, delivery, installation, and construction are priced separately.
Construction, technical specifications, and permitted work are handled by appropriately qualified professionals under a separate estimate.
